THE INFORMATION THAT HANA COLLECTS, AND HOW IT IS COLLECTED:

HANA collects personal information and anonymous information from you when you visit the site, create an account, submit a request or place an order. USER PROVIDED INFORMATION:

Hana may also collect your email address if you choose to sign up for email communications or newsletters from the brand.  

SHOPIFY PRIVACY:

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. This company provides an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. User data is retained through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application, a secure server behind a firewall. 

Payments:
If the user uses a direct payment gateway to complete the purchase, Shopify stores the credit card data, encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Purchase transaction data is stored only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase transaction. After it is complete, the purchase transaction information is erased. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as outlined by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. However, we offer other payment methods such as: Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or Cash on delivery.
